A four semester program covers subjects in Biostatistics, Plant Biotechnology, Enzymology, Metabolism, Genetics, Cell Biology, Analytical Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Immunology, Molecular Biophysics and Bioinformatics, together with relevant laboratory programs and a research project leading to a dissertation. The course offers an excellent learning program with a distinguished faculty, state-of-art laboratories and sophisticated equipment. It intends to generate human resource trained in the multi-disciplinary and knowledge intensive field of biotechnology. M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology

A four semester program aims to provide a comprehensive theoretical knowledge of clinical microbiology including the spread of micro-organisms, disease causation, diagnosis and/or treatment of disease and advanced practical training in this diverse field.
The program provides students with a strong core knowledge base to underpin research and commercial activities who are highly sought after by employers in diverse area of clinical microbiology. This will equip them with transferable skills, critical thinking, analytical methods, laboratory techniques, team work and scientific communication.
